The normal packing is that Each piece wear 4 plastic corner protector and will be wrapped with EPE sheet then into one 5-layer corrugated carton,about 35 to 45 cartons onto one pallet.

A: We prefer T/T 30% deposit, the balance by T/T against the shipping documents.

Q: What kind of the wood material are used?
A: All the wood material are imported as for wood stability and durability,such as New Zealand pine,American alder and so on.
Q: Do you finish the door?
A: Both unfinished and finished doors are available from us.
Q: What's the advantage of the unfinished doors?
A: The unfinished doors make much cheaper price and suitable for details so each end user could make the painting as they like to fit their home decorative style.
Q: Will it be a concern that the unfinished doors will be cracked & deformed?
A: We can ensure that they are in very good condition when your receipt after sea shipment.To make it:
During mass production,all the wood material have to be into the drying room to lower the moisture to be 10 to 12 degree,and we will keep measuring the moisture in every processing step to make sure the perfect moisture.
We attach very much importance to the single door package,the EPE sheet wrapping and five layer corrugated carton will prevent the wood door contacting the air during the shipment.
However after you get the door panel,to avoid the cracking & deformation issue,please make the painting as you like within two days once after you open the package.
Q: Can we mix different door styles & sizes to one 20ft container?
A: Yes,you can.

A: Due to the vast variety of doors, styles finishes and hardware, we cannot provide a comprehensive list of pricing for all of our options. However, but we would be very happy to offer you the typical style with normal size for your better knowing about our price level.
